Newegg.com is running a "Stocking Stuffin'" promotion until 12/10/2012. This includes a 12 Month XBOX Live Gold Subscription (Digital Code) for $39.99! When I ordered one, it took them about 15 minutes after checkout to send the code via e-mail. Saved myself $20 that way, MSRP is $59.99 @ a B&M store.
