what are people's experience with the quality of items purchased at Wherehouse? Are they still in good condition, or do you get screwed sometimes?
 
they almost always have excellent quality stuff. Actually the problems that I have had the most is getting the wrong item sent to me or a 4 disc set with two disc 3's or something. They have always fixed the problem and refunded my money, so I would recommend them.

Everything sent to me has included the original manual insert, but they seem to love slapping a ton of stickers on the case.
 
Wherehouse.com will only let me use the 25OFFALL code once. I ordered some CDs last night and today I went to check some prices and it won't let me enter the code again, it says "You have already used this coupon code".

I bought from them 3 or 4 times. The quality was pretty good til the last one when they shipped me a damaged, unplayable Appleseed DVD. Most folks around here seem to have had good experiences with them though. And I'm pretty sure they're also good about exchanging bad merchandise, assuming they still have it in stock. Don't be an idiot like me and wait months before checking out the DVD to find out whether it plays.
