On second thoughts, I'm now having an e-mail battle with Littlewoods because they haven't given me the £15 refund and continue to not bother reading my e-mails stating this. Instead, they are regurgitating their T&Cs stating that the refund should be in my account by now - which is exactly why I'm complaining.
Up to you if you want to take the risk on this one. My opinion: Littlewoods' customer service is a joke, stay the hell away.
