I think the offer is till going on I signed up for from this site and it says offer is good till May 31st.

Nope, emailed them and was told that it expired on May 15th.

There's a post in that thread that even mentions when it expired.

Guess that leaves me with the $10 referrals, although the $10 from my brother signing up doesn't seem be crediting to my account.

That's odd I signed up on May 17th and still got $25 credit but ya I think you can still get $10 per referral although I don't know how long you have to wait for it to show up.
