3 car accidents on the same corner in 4 days

So this corner by my school was pretty busy last week. Three cars got into an accident, and I saw em all. The first one was hilarious because it happened right in FRONT of my friend. Like literally by his feet. Some drag racer type guy was going like 60 trying to pass up someone, then smacked right into a turning car. Both almost hit my friend who was standing on the corner. I'm surprised he didn't shit his pants. Then the guy who was driving too fast got out of his car and almost got into a fight with the other driver, even though he was the one who caused the accident.

The second happened the next day. I was walking up to the corner so I didn't get a perfect look, but two cars smacked into each other. Weird thing is they both drove away fast as hell, so I guess they had somewhere to be. One guy passed me dragging the ENTIRE bumper of the other car (with bonus liscense plate) under his car and sped over those huge speedbumps and the thing almost bent in half. He dragged the whole bumper down the block and dissapeared. Great stuff.

The third was the money maker. A cop and a regular joe got into a massive accident. They sped around in circles and bashed up the entire fence on the corner. Thing was ripped out of the ground. The crazy thing was, one of my buddies picked me up on the way to school and dropped me off. I usually cross that corner, so who knows , I could have been wiped out too. The accident happened a couple minutes after I got dropped off.

So in the 2nd one, did they even walk out the car to say anything or did they just crash, sat in there car for a minute and sped away?

No, they went in opposite directions after the crash. Usually after an accident someone stops, inspects the car, gets information, etc, but those guys just sped off right afterwards (I would say like 30 seconds).

I used to live 2 blocks from AAA's (or maybe it was State Farm's) most dangerous intersection in the country. Apparently there were multiple accidents every day. In 8 years there I only saw 2.

I used to have a buddy with an apartment that overlooked an extremely busy intersection... We'd be sitting in his place and hear screeching tires and crunching metal and then run out to view the chaos and damage. Seems like there was an accident there at least twice a week. We joked that he should setup a video camera to record the accidents and then sell the tapes to the victims to get insurance money!

Wow.

One time I saw a semi and the truck cab looked as if it went through a freakin' paper shredder, No I'm not kidding!

I don't care for Dane Cook too much, but I thought this was appropriate.
Another Chicagoan here...if you don't mind me asking, which school/corner are you referring to? I'm curious as to where this chaos unfolded.
The old Wright College on Austin. If you go by there you'll see a fence bent into the ground, no one has fixed it up yet.
