Got this earlier today through Netflix. The players listed are NS-BRDVD3 for $130 ($100 after this coupon) and the NS-WBRDVD for $180 ($150 after coupon).

Both seem sort of middle of the road. The more expensive model includes Wifi. Both should be able to run Netflix natively, just like the 360 (and soon PS3/Wii) can, which is sort of a plus. Might not be a bad gift for relatives or as a stand-by player.

The coupon is here, or you can just see it right below (I scanned it, someone let me know if it's not good enough to be used in store):

Hope someone can make use of this. I checked this board, the game board, and the "Other deals" area and didn't see anything, so hopefully this isn't a repost. If it is, I apologize, and if it should be in the "Other deals" area, feel free to move/copy it over there as well.

These players are junk. I bought the non-wifi version and the motor is so loud in the player you can hear it over the movie. I exchanged it and it had the same problem. I returned it again and bought a Panasonic.

Moral of the story, you get what you pay for.

I bought the WIFI one before black friday and the guy gave me an extra discount because I had to teach him that it didn't need a dongle to be wireless. I paid $120 and it has worked great and definitely isn't loud at all. The only problems I've had is it occasionally lags to connect to the wireless network but give a minute or restart it and it works great. Just my two cents.

I have the wired version and have no problems out of it. I got it when it was on sale before black friday for $99 and it was well worth it. Not bad for a $100 player and would buy one if I can get it at that price.

I believe both of these players are just retagged LG players. I love my Panasonic player, but I wouldn't put these players down just because of the name on them.

Got the wired one for Christmas for my daughter at the $99 price point. Wired one. Not loud at all. They just did another firmware upgrade, so its getting support for now. She uses the Netflix as much or more than the DVD.

I got one of the wired Insignia NS-BRDVD3 players when they were on sale to Premier Silver members for $100 one week.

Pros:
-profile 2.0 player
-Netflix support
-the player only takes 10-15 seconds to turn on and you can insert a disc almost immediately
-most disc load times are about 20-30 seconds (BD-Live load times may be more)
-it plays many video file types via usb thumb drive through the front input. The wireless version's usb port is unfortunately on the back of the unit.
-On board DTS & Dolby audio decoders

Cons:
The only negative I've experienced is the rf receiver for the remote sucks ass. You literally have to point the remote directly at the front of the player. I tried to use my Harmony remote and had the same results. I had this player in a cabinet, but I had to relocate it to under my tv because of the remote issue. I don't notice it nearly as much anymore.

The tray on mine isn't all that loud. You do tend to hear it if you are changing chapters.
