Hey everyone.

I work in a comic book store and today we were sent little cards to give out to customers from eMusic.com. They claim to offer 35 free song downloads, and are compatible with all MP3 players, even iPod.

I looked at the site, but the second thing they ask you for is a credit card, so I didn't register. Seems to be one of those 'register, grab your free loot, then cancel' deals.

If anyone is interested in checking it out, try

or

www.emusic.com/xmen

I personally use iTunes, so I know nothing about eMusic- so I can't comment on how good or reputable the company is. I just thought someone might be able to benefit from this.

If you like independant music or stand up comedy Emusic is great, if you like bigger bands, major lable stuff it's not there

I have a few of the 50 free download cards from a Jimmy Buffett concert. I was considering signing up, but if they don't have any Rolling Stones or decent metal bands, forget about it.

Browse the metal section. You can listen to 30 second clips without being a member.

Link?

Edit: Nevermind, it's already been answered above. I found all Opeth albums, plus 1 from Buried Beneath. I'm in for a free trial.
