So I just lost my 3rd console......the first two were to red ring of death, this one just stopped reading DVD's for some reason. Oddly enough it still reads CDs 
Anyways, I get to send it back for the third time, but the supervisor said that the issue was being escalated to microsoft, and that they would offer me "compensation"
Anybody had this happen? what do you suppose it could be?
