Dell Home has the XBox 360 elite for $265 with free shipping, combine this with the $50 MIR from Major Nelson's twitter page and xbox.com (sorry I'm not allowed to post links), and you get it for $205.

You are right about the final price...but your math is wrong.

$265 - 50 = $215

HOWEVER... if you apply the Dell 15% off code:

the pre-rebate price is : $254.99. Then you get the mail-in rebate ($50) so you arrive at your $205.
