Wrong, this is the Zelda bonus disc that was only available if you pre-ordered Wind Waker, the one your thinking of is the Collectors Edition disc that had all four older Zelda games on it.

Wrong, CC's sold the extra ones they had for $14.99. I see them used all the time, so they're not rare, and you would want the Collector's Edition disc instead anyway.
