Pretty nice, seeing as my friend bought this and said it works fine. Also a year ago 1GB sticks were around $120-$135.

Be wary though, the fake 4 gigs are coming out of the woodworks like crazy. If your looking for safe, go with the Ultra 2, or the gaming sticks, as piraters only seem to be targeting the normal black Sonys and blue sandisks.

I just bought a 4 GB off Ebay for $138 bucks shipped...and it didn't have a logo...so i'm assuming it's fake.

Does fake still work in this situation? I don't really care about a brand name, so long as it works.

Yeah I would be suspicious of these being fakes, especially what you just said and the fact this is being sold from a Hong Kong site. Granted yes there are some sites that sell legit but I imagine if it's somewhat easy to boot if you're located there it might be hard with all the fake product flowing through.
