I know that these existed in the past in the form of gamer gift cards but does anyone know if there are any similar coupons floating around? I want to hit up some sales at BB on Memorial Day.

You have to be signed up to receive their promotional emails that announce that the new ad is available online. It was a unique code that was placed in the top of the email. If you've previously opted out of receiving marketing material from them, you likely will not get it.
