It wont have headphones since I lost them. It can hold quite a few songs. Its in working condition and really easy to use. You just plug it in with the usb cord thats included and you drag and drop songs. It runs off AAA batteries. It has one little problem. The battery cover occassionally falls off but of course it can work fine without the battery cover. Paypal only please. I can put it up as a ebay auction if you would prefer to see my great feedback.
