I saw a buyer with -6 feedback who registered in 2000, and is still a member of ebay. How can that happen? Before you go thinking all 6 are from one person, know that they are from 6 different people!
 
It could possbily be someone whose child went on a buying spree with their mothers account or that's how the story sometimes goes. They will get NPB up the wall but ebay doesn't ban them because it was their child's fault.

A link to the actual user would be nice.:D

Well it takes 3 NPB to get booted and you would think at least half of them would have wanted their listing fees back.

Unless of course this occured before ebay even had NPB rules, the account is reasonably old.
 
well, remember back in 1999-2000, you didnt have to buy or sell to someone to leave them feedback, i could leave positive (or negative) feedback for anyone i wanted to, even if i never bought or sold anything to them.

if this dude was a real troll(think dragonlordfrodo) then people would be leaving him negs left and right.
