Do they charge tax if you pay with store credit? I remember I used to buy xbox live points and pay with store credit and they didn't charge tax. But say I have $400 in store credit and wanted to buy a Vita or any other system (new), would they charge tax on that if I paid in full from store credit?

Also, if I have a coupon for buy 2 get on free, will they still take off the 10% for buying the first two used games? Or does that count as two deals and I can only use one?

It depends on your state tax laws. Some do, some don't.
 
I'm pretty sure you didn't get charged tax for the XBL points is because the points are technically a gift card. At least in New York, there is no tax on a gift card.

As mentioned before, it depends on your local state. Your best bet is to call your local store and ask.

If you have the PUR Pro card (Silver one), it will give you 10% off the first 2 games. System won't discount the free game, because it's free.

I believe this is correct.

I've purchased Amazon, XBL, PSN, and Best Buy in several different states (around New England) and wasn't charged sales tax.
