On another game trading site i sold a ps4 but it is beginign to feel to feel weird. I will listn part of the conversation, i got a feeling he is stringing me along with no good reason.
1.
I got an email from PP saying they've debited the refund amount from my Paypal balance, but in Paypal it says "Refund sent - Canceled". I dunno what it says on your end, but Im guessing being that it says "canceled" it probably hasnt given the money to you yet.
The withdrawal still hasnt gone into my bank, but I called Chase a little while ago and the hold on it should be lifted "soon" and could be as soon as tonight, so they say. I told the girl I spoke to this was vitally important and she put a flag on it so the clearance dept will look at it. Obviously, when this occurs this is over at that moment.
Worst case scenario, I have a plan B that will be put into motion if this isnt cleared up by Wednesday morning. At any rate we will be done with this, this week. Again, I'm so sorry this is taking so damn long.
2. a. I'm going to try and borrow the money. This is a bit of a longshot, but its not impossible. Ive already planted some seeds. If nothing happens tonight Im also calling the bank again and going to try and get someone higher up.
b. You go to the resolution center on Paypal and file against me. I don't answer the complaint for 48 hours and you get your money back from them and I deal with Paypal after that as my account will then be in the negative. You're covered under the Paypal Protection Policy so this would work with no ill effect to you. I consider this a last resort.
I don't get paid until halfway through the month and thats more than 2 weeks away from now (18th) as I only get paid once a month and obviously that is a really long time for either of us to wait to fix this.

yeah he was selling me brand new ps4 with fallout so he want me send paypal with fee he was going to ship out next day he put package in trunk of car at night and he withdraw money i sent him to his bank.. next day package was stolen and he issued refund while its still withdrawing to his bank.. so we waited for long time for refund to happen.. that's what screwed everything up.. refund was removed from paypal couple days ago.. money still haven't went to his bank hes calling his bank and find out whats happening with withdrawal then report back to me
4. i hope you can give me till december 7th 5pm EST to pay so you can cancel after if you need quick paypal
5. ok so we ended up waiting one more day.. bank told him it'd take up to 30 days so we agreed to file the dispute.. so it said 2-3 days ill get refund ill let you know then

i guess they changed it.. now its 10 days instead of 48-72 hours so by December 15th.. i understand if you dont want to wait that long its up to you
7. PayPal requests more information from the seller to resolve the issue. If the seller doesn't respond within 10 days, we close the case and restore funds to the rightful owner.
thats from paypal itself.. seller told me hes not going to answer it at all to help to move this forward
8. A week from today to 18th he get paid that day if refund don't go thru I appreciate you waiting
