Xfactor19990 is the coolest CAG because 9 + 9 + 9 + 1 + 0 = 28. And everyone knows 28 is the second perfect number (next one is 496) and is also related to Mersenne Prime 7 which has the same initials as one of the greatest franchises in gaming history Metroid Prime. So therefore greatness is embedded in his name.
 
he is the coolest because not only is he giving away free stuff, not only is it for halo wars, not only is it for the warthog, it is a flaming wart hog, and only the coolest of the cool can give away something with flames, and also because xfactor the comic is awsome thanks to multiple man, which ups the coolness even more
 
Xfactor19990 lives in Iceland... but because the banks failed, businesses lost money. As a result, the Iceland National Heating Corporation said "Oh, were out of money. Crap." and they shut down heating to all of Iceland. Unfortunately, Xfactor19990 hates the coldness of his home. So he decided he didnt want the flame on the Halo Wars Exclusive Warthog to die out, so the freezing fellow made up his mind to spread the torch onto some other CAG who hopefully is all nice and warm. Thus, Xfactor19990 is significantly cooler than some lucky CAG who will cherish the flame on the Warthog and be all cuddly and warmed up while playing Halo Wars.
 
he is the coolest because only he can open up a thread asking people to tell him how cool he is, and not one person has said anything less then spectacular about him. He is the best because he is giving away a free code without torturing people by making them sit around all day for a special time, and he is not asking us to guess some obscure detail about him or something. He is only making us simply say "hey, your cool"; recognition of what a fellow CAG member should receive. Hey, you are cool.
 
Xfactor19990 is cool because he's a T-10000, a newer model of the T-1000, from the future. 19990 is obviously the year this machine is from. As he has no use for an extra Halo Wars code, he decided to let one of us humans he's back to protect have it. You can't get much cooler than being a highly updated T-1000 from the year 19990.
