Hello everyone.
I'm trying to buy some games from goHastings, but I've hard lot of issues when it comes to games.

I heard a different version or repackaged game being shipped. Is this true?
Is there any post I can check for goHastings known issues?
 
No specific post for known issues, but you can read through the past threads. Here's a bit of an idea what you can expect:

1. New games come brand new and sealed, just like you'd find at Walmart or Best Buy.
2. Used games are titles that have been traded in at their B&M locations. These are typically complete and in excellent condition, though you will on rare occasion get one without a manual or one that has been put in a different case.
3. Previously viewed games are prior rentals. These will often show use, but still come in excellent condition.

In any case, they have fantastic customer service by phone. I wouldn't hesitate to order from them.
 
I ordered 2 games from them for the PS3(Sacred 2, inFamous) and both came mint/complete with manuals, coverart and discs that had a few fingerprints but were MINT once wiped down.

As for 360/Wii/DS/PSP/PS2 games, I don't know, though I know some said they received less than mint/complete for prior gen stuff(PS2/Xbox/Gamecube). Also, you want to buy the USED games and not the ones listed as 'pre-played', since the pre-played ones are ex rentals and may not be in the best of shape.

My experience is that the used games have about a 50/50 of coming in a generic case, but that's PS2/Xbox. Newer systems may be better. Note that they ship GBA games in bubble mailers, so they come pre-crushed for your convenience. The pre-played games tend to have a "property of GoHastings" sticker around the middle of the disk.
 
For PS2 games designated as used, I have had 50/50 on manuals, but all discs in good condition and in original case. I ordered a game that comes with a cardboard box, poster, and CD, and all of those items came.
