A couple days ago I recieved the Jaguar I bought from a member here on CAG. The AC adapter buzzed loudly, which I was told could be a fire hazard. The guy who I bought it from said a model 1 Genesis AC adapter would work fine with it. Fair enough. So I buy a model 1 Genesis AC adapter today and it turns out that all the specs match up except for the o/p voltage which is 10v, whereas the Jaguar one is 9v.
Am I in danger of hurting my Jaguar or should it be ok?
I'm really hoping it'll be alright to use, because the store I bought it from only gives credit for returns, and for the most part, the selection & prices suck.
