Added CAG to Twitter feed and am now spammed by Twitter bots

I added CAG to my Twitter feed a week ago and almost every day since I've been spammed by a different Twitter bot hawking video game deals or some other goofy shit. Here's some of the accounts:

Games&Toys-Deals
RetardedDwarf
Izodos
Game_Critic
GamerDoc
AdronVicks


I don't want to remove CAG from my Twitter feed because I don't have the time to check the site every day for news, but I can't abide the spamming. Has anyone else experienced this?

I get some random adds from time to time, but the less legitimate ones tend to get banned pretty quickly. It's just the nature of Twitter, and sometimes I get the feeling I get adds based on what I post, not who I'm friends with.

You can block anyone you don't want following you, but unless you follow them back they can't direct message you, so I wouldn't worry about it, unless you feel like yoinking them for the hell of it.
 
Sadly, there isn't a thing I an do about that. You can disable follow email notifications from your twitter account.
 
I never see people following me as a problem...i mean even the bots, because its not doing anything to me remotely. Also WhipSmartBanky i seem to see my being added to certain bots to be what i mention in my twitter update specifically. I guess if it truly is a bother just block em.
