Well Worth the $9 just to see OJ play as a team with the mastcot being a slasher.

picke this game up today with $5rzc, but the passing in this kinda blows. maybe im just not used to it but for 5 bucks i cant complain too much.
 
I picked it up today and I also thought the same about passing but give it some time because after about 2 games I understood what they did with the passing and I got used to it (and kinda good at it too).

Overall I think it's a good game, hell it is well good enough for $10.
 
This is a great game especially for 10bucks, heck I paid more for the game.

Couple of things to keep in mind with this game.
1. It has no NFL license so this already is going to lower the value of the game. I can totally understand that. Cap system is limited as is in most 2k games.

2.This is a great game. I prefer this game to madden however I do admit not having a license does great damage to this titles fame. Everything about this game is much more solid then madden with the exception of Career/Legacy mode. The mode is non existent again going back to the not having a license.

Hopefully 2k will get back in the NFL games when the license becomes available in 2k10.
 
Bought this on both systems (360/PS3) for my son (8) and I to play together. We play this more than Madden. Looks better and feels better, plus playing with the greats is much better than playing with todays primadonnas. Also the create a player system is cool, first player made was L.T. (yeh, the real L.T., not little l.t.) Great game worth every penny. BTW, PS3 looks better than 360 for those wondering.

I tried but was shot down. They told me it wouldn't scan unless the game was over $10 but YMMV when it comes to Best Buy cashiers. The coupon does say not valid with any other discounts in the fine print and they contended that the sale price was a discount when I argued with them there was no minimum on the coupon.

That's good to know. I got this for my PS3 and will pick it up in-store tonight. I got the $22 PM for Madden 08 for my X360.
 
I also found a copy for the 360 for $10 at Walmart, possible YMMV. Good alternative if your best buy is out of stock.
