Am I reading Gohastings shipping rates correctly?

EDIT: Sorry, I wasn't reading them correctly, that was for priority shipping.... but I do have another question.

Do they no longer discount shipping for multiple orders?
 
As far as I know they've don't offer discounted shipping for multiple items in an order.

I've ordered from them the past month 3 times with 4-5 DVDs per an order and still had to pay $2.98 shipping for each DVD. If it wasn't for the fact that even with shipping, they were cheaper than Amazon, I would've ordered them somewhere else.
 
It's because stock varies so heavily from store to store, it's almost guaranteed they'll have to ship you multiple orders from multiple stores.
 
Gohastings has sales pretty much weekly, so there's rarely a reason to pay shipping. I keep a wish list on their site; whenever a free shipping coupon comes out, I order everything under $10 on my list. Whenever a B2G1 or a 30% off coupon comes around, I order everything above $10.
