Other than the fact that Target is giving a $60 gc with the purchase, this week? Amazon totally missed the price match on this one and went for a low amount of credit. Shame on you, Amazon. If I was going to make a purchase, it would definitely be at Target/Best Buy right now. Rewards points adds to the difference as well.

The target ad is for the 4 gb kinect bundle that is $299. This offer from amazon is for the regular 4gb(non kinect) that is $199.

Possibly...but will be YMMV as with the pc offer, you don't get the code until 8 days after your order ships (some people on sd reported getting it faster though). I ordered a laptop that qualified on 8/17, so I should get my code today or tomorrow, but I'll definitely report back if it stacks with this.

No. The 250gb kinect bundle is $399. The target ad is only for the 4gb kinect bundle which is $299.

I get what you are saying about reselling the kinect though. Personally I don't think it's really worth it for 2 reasons. 1. Amazon is tax free for me, so the target bundle would be an extra $15 (5% tax rate in VA). 2. The kinect doesn't quite fetch $100 on craigslist, (atleast here in norhtern va). I've seen used ones listed w/ cheap games for $50 and brand new ones only $100 (which includes the power supply that doesn't come in the kinect xbox bundles, only the standalone kinect which older (nonslim) xboxs needs to use the kinect).

Get the deal that target is offering when AMZ matches $300 w/$60 gc
You can get $100-$120 for a new kinect but you need to open the box in front of the buyer. My cousin has a hair salon & all the moms there aren't CAGS so for them getting it for their kids for $30-$50 less than in store plus no tax is an easy deal. That's who I target for the sale. Not sure how " "metro" your area is but Philly is like NY lite it's all about how you "market" the deal. I used to sell stuff at work/school for yrs made a ton.

Use the kinect money on a 250 GB HD I've seen for $80ish plus you still have the $60 gc.
 
I JUST bought a new one 2 days ago! Argh! I think I paid $180 shipped from an Amazon seller. I knew I should have waited because they seem to be offering these gift card deals all the time.
