Buy the PS3 version for $30, pay the $10 upgrade fee and own two versions of the game for $10 less? That's what I did at least, though you don't get to own the case/disc for PS4 version if that matters to you.

The upgrade code expired in January. However, I still advise against getting this since AC games go on sale often.

Nice effort but this has been cheaper many times. AC games can be had for $30-40 quite easily.
