So basically I preorder my games from Amazon majority of the time. But recently I noticed when the preorder bonuses were announced that Amazon only have it for the standard version of Uncharted 3.
The collector's has no such thing yet on Sony's blog and Uncharted 3 website it says otherwise:

Anyways, I called it about it and this is essentially what the CS rep had to say:
(me talking)
"Certain promotions are listed by our Marketing team. And they have certain limitations and to improve the sale of Standard they have listed the promotion on it and not for Collector's edition."
(me talking)
"I apologize for the misunderstanding. They're trying to improve the sales of the Standard edition as there are lot of pre-order for Collector's."
