Guess this is their best attempt at matching the $60 gift card deal at Target and Best Buy. Does not apply to any other model unfortunately. The bundles do retail for $59.99.
Your choices of bundles are either the black DualShock 3 with Little Big Planet GOTY or blue DualShock 3 with Ratchet and Clank: A Crack in Time. Unfortunately and oddly, the red DualShock 3 with God of War is not available. I'd recommend the Ratchet and Clank one because the LBP GOTY is available on clearance at Best Buy's, although it's YMMV as the clearance has been going on at most stores for about a month now and other stores still haven't dropped the bundle to more than $40.
If you got Amazon credit, perhaps something to consider. But the Black Ops bundle is out in two days, and by now you've seen better deals at GameStop and Target. And of course E3 is also around the corner whether you believe a price drop will happen or not.
