Amazon Chat Support feature gone?

I ordered some crackdown 2 and a few other items on December 2.

Here is the tracking information:

Date Time Location Event Details
December 4, 2010 07:00:00 AM Hebron KY Departure Scan
December 3, 2010 10:12:00 AM US Shipment has left seller facility and is in transit


My other orders shipped after Dec 3 have already arrived and there has been no movement of this since.

I can't find the amazon tech support feature under help anymore. is it gone? there is only phone and email customer support.
 
No, you just have to get the right keywords to get it i think. It happened to me too. No chat option one moment, then it was there next (day later)
 
do you recall what you looked for under help?

i usually click help -> contact us

then i try to select the problem and it should have phone, email, chat.


searching for chat support i only see this and no mention of chat feature anymore.
