What does big lots have to do with Fraggle Rock... Ive never seen it mentioned as being on sale there

All cheapo dvds, blurays, and sets end up at Big Lots. If it wasn't on there before, it'll likely end up there later. It doesn't matter to me anyway as I don't live anywhere near one.
