Nah, I'd pay it if it was the PS3 version.

For anyone that cares: EGM said that the 360 version was better then the PS3 version mainly due to the jaggies.

The game was near a low 8 for me till the end, because when you gota fight seven bosses in a row with little to no time to heal it really blows. If people didn't save at a certain point before the final battle they may have been actually screwed and had to restart. Other then the few voice acting issues and the screwed difficulty (outside of the end and a few boss battles, the game was rather easy and the ending really threw things out of proportion) the game was pretty good. Unfortunately it sold like crap but atleast the 360 is still getting Blue Dragon and Mass Effect, which looks to be more RPGs in the line that the PS3 has for this year and last ;)

the ps3 version has japanese voice and some extra stuff but has other problem.

It was $20 at TRU if they look it up by SKU#. Dont know if they ever fixed that.
Isnt this still $20 @ Toys R Us?
Last time I got a price check, it rang up as $39.99 or $34.99, I forget. :whistle2:(

My thoughts on the ending of Enchanted Arms:
Like the princess at the end of a fairy tale, Makoto gets his kiss from the man he loves.
Anyone who has played it all the way through will understand. :)

It was a decent game. It had a lot of good ideas, and I'd like to see that concept for a battle system expanded on in some future game, but the presentation was just plain awful (seriously, I'm working on Dragon Quest VIII, and for a story-light game, it blows EA out of the fucking water). There were some good characterization moments, but that's about all.

Yes, that endgame boss marathon was almost unfair. The only time in the game that VP became an issue; the first boss just slaughtered me over and over, I wasn't expecting more afterwards... But at least it made me work for the ending!

I enjoyed it for the flawed RPG that it is. If you like JRPG's, I'd say it's worth $30. It's just feels like so much wasted potential. It doesn't feel like a "next-gen" RPG, more like a maybe-par PS2 game with high-res graphics.
