Amazon Lightning Deals Question

If I am trying to buy a game right when the deal starts, do I have to just add it to my cart or do I have to checkout quickly as well? What I mean is can I keep adding more stuff or will the deal possibly sell out while I am doing that?

You can keep adding stuff. But if Amazon runs out of stock completely, then you can't get it.
