Just to confirm, when you checked out it was $36.98 and the gift card, and after checking out when you got the email confirming the order, it just said $26.98?

according to my e-mail, that's how it was set up. but, looking at the order on my account its different...megamind and dragon blurays 26.98 on 1 order, and 10GC on another order...same thing kind of, but you actually pay 37 and get a GC instead of flat 27
 
Used my $20 promo from my MvC3 SE, and got it all for 17.40

And it's in 2 separate orders. I wonder if I can cancel the GC, and just get it for $7.40

Same here. I was really looking forward to buying Megamind for my daughter and I to watch but knowing in advance that they messed up the transfer I can't support buying it. I have to imagine they'll fix it.

There was a 20 credit for ordering MvC3 SE? I ordered both the regular edition and the SE and only got 10 back.

I bitched to Amazon, and $20. I don't know how much the credit was to begin with.
 
Already have the 3D version of HTTYD from one of my Samsung 3D glasses bundles, gonna wait until a 3D BD of Megamind (or at least a re-release of the 2D that fixes the aliasing problems) comes out. A good deal if you want both movies, though.
 
The e-mail I received from Amazon shows the order at $46.98 for both movies and the GC but it shows minus $10 to bring the price down to $36.98 the regular price. I checked my checking acct to see how much was taken out but it hasn't been taken out yet. Should I call Amazon to verify because I only wanted to pay $26.98 for the total purchase

Your e-mail was correct. $36.98 is what you're getting charged for the order ($19.99 for MM and $16.99 for HTTYD). The $10 gift card is sent through the mail, not applied to your order.

How come others had the gift card applied instantly?
 
I'm having the hardest time getting this to work.

When I apply GC FREE on the promotion/giftcard
I get this message.

Yes on the final page of checkout and yes on the email. The two movies will show at $10 less than their total.

In my case, I got How to Train Your Dragon with the combo, so I have that and Megamind in one shipment for $26.98. A second shipment has the $10 giftcard for $10.

I'm not much of a videophile, but Megamind looked sharper than some of the other blurays I have. I was pleasantly surprised by how much fun the movie was.
