Amazon - Opoona Wii $42.99

Amazon actually had this down to $40 for almost a month, but recently increased the price back to above that level. As such, this really isn't a deal.

Not remotely close to the price I'd be willing to pick this up. I love RPGs and all, but this one I hear is definitely mediocre.

I wanted to buy one used with the 25% game stop coupon but none were local enough. I'm going to keep waiting for a better price enough though it seems to be hard to find in stores at this point.

This is another reason why I love having a Brandsmart in the area. Picked this up about 2 months ago for $8.88 on sale.

The game is definitely a little different. The one handed controls actually work fairly well and made it a good game or me to play when I was lazy and laying on the couch.
One of the most underrated games EVER. :)
Just looks like my kind of game. I want to try it and have had it on my Goozex list forever, but not many folks seem to have bought it. I can get just about any game through Goozex, but this one -- I've been holding at the second spot for months now.

You know, that's sort of the game experience I've been wanting lately, and it's something that certainly puts purchasing a 360 in my head. I don't always want to sit fully alert gaming, arms ready to wiggle about. Like when I play my DS, I'm just kicking back. The Wii makes it hard to do that sometimes.

Anyhow, I've been watching this game for a while, but with my limited budget, I'm waiting for a $19.99 or lower price somewhere before I grab it.

If any stores besides Gamestop had actually gotten this game, we would definitely be able to find it clearanced by now. I'm in the same boat as utopianmachine with not making any progress on Goozex.

One-handed play excites me.

Everyone else was saying it, so I had to join in.

My TRU has a stack of them sitting innocuously in the case. I'm waiting for when they inevitably get clearanced there since no one seems to be buying it.

Guys, just be patient. Distribution on this game wasn't all that limited. Toys R Us has them at both retail and on the web. So does Fry's and a bunch of other on-line and independent game shops. Worst case scenario, you can always buy this for $35 or so with tax when the B2G1 sale hits in mid-October at TRU.
just had to point out the [juvenile] comedy to be derived here...
Uh, didn't I point it out myself in the same post? With one hand?

I don't mind used, so the half.com deal is not bad for me, but like utopianmachine I am in line at Goozex and might wait it out a little longer.
Is that site legit? Do we know whether or not we'd get a used copy?
if you are worried about the site (there should be no problem though with the site) you can order from them using amazon.
here is the game on amazon from bestsku

after you click on it, go down the page under the "new" games.
http://www.amazon.com/gp/offer-listing/B0013LT1K0/ref=dp_olp_2?ie=UTF8&qid=1221847141&sr=8-1

but seeing how bestsku is on amazon, these guys are legit.
They marked it up on Amazon, just FYI to anyone reading this.
yeah thats why i only posted the link that goes to the cheaper price. but since some one asked about legitness, i thought ok why not post the amazon link too.

BestSKU... has RE4 Wii for 15$. I already have the GC + PS2 versions, but I might just bite at that price...

As well as Heavenly Guardian + Monkey King for 18$ (instead of the regular 20$)

no one here has ordered from them in the past?

thanks, seems they are highly rated. I'm just surprised because they have weird/rare/obscure PS1/PS2 titles for dirt cheap, I'm just wondering if those are all CIB or better yet, factory-sealed.

I just sent them an email... I'll let you guys know (if anyone's interested)

They don't have a phone number listed on their site and the only address listed is a PO Box in Pomona, California. I don't like the look of this place. Also, just because you're on Amazon isn't a guarantee of legitimacy. All you need to do is register for a seller account and Amazon will allow you to list items. At some point you'll get kicked off if you engage in fraud, but it takes a while.

They replied to me saying all of their games are sealed in box, unless explicitly specified (NES are pre-played)

oh cool, now we all know for sure they're new. i think bestsku should have put that somewhere on the item page to avoid confusion but oh well.
