Amazon: Pokemon 4 Film Series Blu-ray $6.97

Do note that while the films here are in widescreen format, Heroes still has the blue tint, there are no extras, Pikachu shorts, or subtitles. Obviously, no Japanese version either.

That's too bad, I liked the japanese version of Jirachi's closing which was included on the original dvd.

 
Yea, that's the thing with Echo Bridge, who's releasing these DVDs/Blu-rays, they never put anything on there besides the movies and chapter selections. Out of all the cheapie DVD/Blu-ray companies out there, I think Digiview is the only one cheaper than Echo Bridge.
 
After re-listening to the english and japanese songs, I'd forgotten how much I'd liked the english version of the closing.
