The CE is sold out in most places now. $34 isnt a good price for this since its been available many times for $30 since November

$34's a decent price if you want it now and from a reputable dealer. The glut of copies that have hit eBay in the last 48 hours as folks who bought the CE sell off their backlog copies make it a better place to buy for the time being, though.

What does B&M stock have to do with it, Amazon is an online store. The Best Buy CE deal is still in stock online so it's either paying $34 online for a standard edition or $30 online for a CE version.
