Anarchy Reigns ($9.99) new for Xbox and Playstation

Great game, online was fun near launch. Also an easy plat, barely took like 2 or 3 days.

Though, I have a feeling the community is fairly dead now. Some of the characters were really broken
 
Good deal. This game flawlessly translates the mechanics of a fighting game into a hack-and-slash. Not as polished as Platinum's other titles, but it's a seriously underrated game, like Deadly Premonition without the cult following.
 
thanks! i have a copy on each system but wanted to get a 2nd to do system link with my friends. Still havent played it yet. Im assuming the ps3 versions the only one that you can do that with? I dont think either actually does system link so youd have to just do online co-op. And PS3 is the only one thats free. Does one version play better than the other?

blea forgot gohasting charges shipping. Still a decent deal i guess though

heh, I was just reading some old article about bayonetta2 and Anarchy Reign was mentioned...  which is essentially Madworld2? and I really like madworld so was just checking on prices on amazon (dunno how this didn't get on my radar in the 1st place...prolly that delay and then just forgot about it.)

The PS3 community is kinda there. I play quite regularly. Still fun but a little broken. 1000% worth $10. Highly recommended it if you like Platinum or brawlers.

 
I thought it was a horrible brawler and a middling at best fighter. The SP is a total write-off. The MP is cute but does not really succeed at anything.

 
I legitimately feel bad for anyone who didn't play the Jap demo and the title when it launched. The last time I had this much fun playing 360 since Chromehounds was live. It had a really high skill ceiling but when you start moving up into the big leagues every kill feels like you earned it.

Best part is using the auto-counter grab perk to destroy Big Bull grapple spammers. SP is still worth it, pick it up.

Ya, same happened to me. Back closer to launch, when people were posting deals, I thought it was some no-name nothing game...didn't know till I took a 2nd look with this deal that it was basically a sequel to MadWorld. I'm still gonna wait though, I can see this hitting $5 bins eventually.
 
Bought it with friends a couple of months ago. Was a lot of fun, but beware that the online is dead on the 360. Could take around 30 minutes to find a single game.

 
Ps3 copy came with disk loose as hell in the case... hows Go Hastings exchange process/policy? Wondering if i should bother with it or if i should just find a copy at walmart or target or something and swap it out

It should be fine due to the protective coating on blu-ray disc.

 
Don't know their policy but in the day+ since your post you could have contacted them and initiated the process to see if t is a hassel to you.
 
Eh, I've had several loose sealed PS3 discs come in the mail but absolutely zero of them were damaged. It's only $9.99 and there's probably no physical damage anyway, so I personally wouldn't give a shit.
