animal crossing + wii speak

i noticed that the animal crossing case that i got with my animal crossing/wii speak bundle has a "not for resale" label on the back... does anyone know if that means i can't trade it in @ EB or blockbuster etc?

EB normally will take stuff that's not for resale... However, it will be at trade in value which may or may not be worth it.
