I'm a hardware guy, but I mostly build PCs with AMD, so I'm not entirely sure what the performace is like in newer Intel chips.
Basically, I'm looking for a low-midrange laptop to play WoW, Red Alert 3 and Steam games (L4D, TF2, Bioshock.). I travel for work, so I wanted something smaller - would love to keep it no bigger than 14.1' (Thats what she said.)
So I had my eye on laptop #1

But then I see the below laptop #2
http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16834220389
The only real differences I see here are the HD size, which I'm not really concerned about, and CPU speed. So basically, the price difference (with the rebate) is $450. I haven't used any Intel based PCs in a while, so is there that much a difference between a 2.0 and a 2.4? Is it worth the $350?
