Gotta admit, putting Injustice UE up there was a dumb@$$ move; with their bundle that makes each game $25 and this one's not only free for PS + members, its street price is $20.

 
That's a little bit more than i care to gamble and it's not as though i can run down the road to return it/get my money back.

plus, Gamefly had Battlefield 4 Xbox for $13 a week or 2 ago.

Guarantee no sports games and I'll pay attention.  Without such a clause, this could be pure profit for them.

 
Yeah, too much risk. Especially knowing one of the games will be Injustice. The other two will probably be Air Conflicts: Vietnam and NBA Live 14.
