Any deals on PS3 games?

I'm gonna be buying a PS3 soon and I'm wondering if any of the older games have been marked down at all. I'm most interested in Resistance, Ninja Gaiden Sigma, Oblivion, and maybe Warhawk. Also, getting something like Virtua Tennis 3 for really cheap would be great too. I just want to know if PS3 games have been marked down much anywhere, or if there's some sale going on. Thanks in advance for any help.

I think most of last year's sports titles have dropped to $29.99 (Madden 07 & NHL 07) I've seen a few stores like Target clearancing a couple titles like ICON for under $30. You can get Enchanted Arms for $19.99 at most stores if you like RPGs.

If you buy them online you'll save at least $10-20 (off $60) pretty much guaranteed.

I've only paid $59.99 for a PS3 game once since I got my system

Been in 2 Targets (one about an hour ago) that had Carbon clearanced for $20.98

and the TRU deal (buy 2 get 1 free) that ends today.
