for an actual microsoft one.... they are rarely on sale..... at least i haven't seen very many deals with them in stores.

You could use a gamer gift card at bestbuy and get one for 25 bucks.

You can get the Logitech Precision controller (corded version) for fairly cheap. I hear its quality is good for the price.
