any good BING stores for new games?

Looking for places that have the best cash back deals (preferably Free Shipping, too)! I want to get Fallout 3 GOTY Edition soon. The best *trusted* site I know of is newegg (at 2% CB with FS).
 
I use Bing and another rebate site called mrrebates.com. If you want I can send you an invite and you'll get an extra $5. The CB is like 4% at Gamestop and there are soo many other stores to choose from, I think buy.com and newegg is listed also, check on mrrebates. You can also buy gift cards from a lot of the site, so I don't know if you need to pay shipping on those, but you'll still get CB.
