Any good deals around on PS2 controllers?

If there are any clash pads at your local EB, they should be $5 for a pair. They are pretty good controllers and have the optional ability to mess around with each other (switching/deactivating buttons, slowing response time, etc..)

Also preowned third-party controllers are $5.99 there, you may find a good brand.
I would pick up a Dual Shock One since it works fine for a lot of games.
Not for me, I'm a sports gamer, and alot of the games rely on pressure sensitive buttons.

Why do you say the Retrocon works bad on the PS2? I'm just curious.

Worked like crap when I tried it with 3 different games (one being Taiko no Tatsujin 5 and the d-pad was very inconsistent in actually registering my pressing it).
