Any luck returning Xbox 360 bundled items?

So I bought one of those $800 Xbox 360 bundles at ToysRUs.com but in reality, I don't want all this extra junk. I had read somewhere on here that Toys'R'Us is good about returning items from a bundle, but I gave 'em a call today and they said, "NEGATORY!" So now I'm stuck with some games and accessories I don't need nor want (OMFG THE FRONT OF MY XBOX IS NOW SILVER!). Can anyone share any tips or suggestions on how to send back these items? Not looking for store credit here; either a refund on my credit card or cash. I appreciate any and all help.
 
Bring it in and dont call ahead. Number ...something... of CAGhood. Never call ahead. You'll either let them know the rare item is instock and it'll 'vanish' or they're shoot you down before you can play the devil customer. Catch them with their pants down... or registers up... and they'll just refund you so they don't have to listen to you bitch.
