Any netflix type rating sites?

I love the rating system on netflix, but i don't want to subscribe to it again. Is there another website that you can rate movies and get recommendations?

http://www.spout.com is very good, but I haven't been there in a couple of months, so I don't know what the verdict is on their recent redesign.
