Any place left to pre-order SF IV Tournament Edition Stick?

Been a little slow to jump on the Street Fighter IV band wagon but it's starting to perk my interest and I was thinking about trying to pick up a Tournament Edition stick as well. Are there any places left still taking orders that might actually be able to fulfill them?

videogamecentral.com but who knows if they will indeed fulfill them, they charge you for the full price right away "to guarantee your pre-order" and if you cancel they'll charge a 5% restocking fee for something that is not in stock yet
 
Dang, that sounds a bit on the shady side. Any idea if local brick and mortar stores will be carrying the tournament edition stick at all?
 
Gamestop was taking preorders on them, but not anymore. I think I read that Gamecrazy stopped preorders too. Since it's such a specialty product, I doubt it'll be stocked at the average B&M.
 
I know it's really late now to get a TE stick, but I heard that there were some places taking pre-orders for their shipment next month or early April. Can anyone provide a link or any information on where I can pre-order?

Also if its too late I can settle for the SF fightstick. So any info is appreciated! Thanks.
