Does anyone know of any deals on a new PSP?
Or if not, does anyone know who has the best price on one?

If you are referring to the last gen PSP, then no. The price has hit it's bottom price point. The best you can hope for is a store like Kmart to clearance them out.
As for the PSP Go, Gamestop was selling the Go for about $69 and they were clearing out their stock.
The Vita recently had an Amazon deal but that was thru an email from Amazon where they gave you $50 off on the purchase of the Vita.
