I was just thinking how bad-ass Castle Crashers would be on the PSP and was wondering if anyone had already made anything like this already. So...any recommendations on a similar game on the PSP?

Ah, yes, Capcom Collections!

Capcom Classics Collection Reloaded has Knights of the Round, which is one of my favorite games EVER, and Capcom Classics Collection Remixed has Captain Commando, Magic Sword, and Final Fight.

Guilty Gear on PSP has (imho) a kickass sidescrolling portion as well as the actual fighting game. 2 games in one, but of which rock! I'd truly love for more fighters to offer sidescrolling brawler parts, or brawlers to have the moves/combos of fighters (no, the abomination that is Guilty Gear 2 on 360 doesn't count!)

Z, are you talking about the Guilty gear game that looks a lot like Dynasty warriors (forget its name) or the actual fighting game? N/m there is only one game on the 360 currently.

Yup, the Dynasty Warrior looking one is Guilty Gear 2. It's not so much that's it is such a god awful game (especially if you happen to be into the Dynasty Warriors games), it's just that it shouldn't be a Guilty Gear game. Hell, Sol Badguy (main char.) is pretty much one of the only links to GG in it (haven't played it extensively, but I don't think there's much there).

GG Judgment (PSP game) on the other hand is a great side scrolling brawler where you can use a handful of the GG characters that play very similar to in the main fighting mode, what with combos and special moves, just slightly dumbed down/simplified. A GREAT concept that I truly wish more fighting games would use (Smash Bros. does it to an extent, as do some of the stages in JoJo's Bizzare Adventure, but I can't think of any other fighters). And that it comes with the full GG fighting game (IIRC it's the #Reload revision) is icing on the cake.

Seriously, Streets of Rage gameplay with fighting game depth...:drool:

You can get the import version of Guilty Gear Judgement and get Slash instead of #Reload The Midnight Carnival Remix New Challengers HD Arcana Rumble Melty.....

I'll have to track down a copy of Ikki Tousen. Schoolgirl brawlers are right up my alley.
