Any street fighter x tekken deals?
Getting the Xbox 360 version is not a deal, no matter how cheap it is.
whats wrong with the xbox version? i usally side with the xbox for most Online titles =p

The biggest issue is that you can't play couch co-op online, despite what the manual says and the PS3 version being able to do it. The PS3 version also has about a half dozen more characters than the Xbox version.

A major glitch found in both versions is the sound cutting out during online matches.

ahh i have no friends so couch wouldnt bother me hehe

idk i think im ight just wait till they relaunch the game in 6 months the right way like the did with UMVC3. capcom lately has been getting bad with these multiplatform releases. they should of held the xbox version back some to finish it.

Actually both versions have the same characters ALL OF THEM!! They are just locked on the disc. Thats why everyone is dogging this game, all of the future DLC is complete and on the disc, its just locked.

There are definitely no major traces of the Sony-owned characters on the 360 version's disc.

This video-

which supplies footage of Cole on the 360 version, is just a dragged-and-dropped character file on that guy's hacked Xbox 360.
Capcom's official response on the issue-

"This mode is supported in the PlayStation 3 version, however, since we tackled that earlier and found the architecture of their system to be more conducive to implementing it."

PSN is better for devs- straight from the horse's mouth.

Better for video gamers' wallets too, since, you know, it is free.
Nope that response from the dev was half assed, there have been several games on the 360 that allowed you to go online on a xbox live account and bring a guest with you. This is just capcom messing up and passing the buck. They are doing the same thing they did with Street Fighter and Marvel Vs. Capcom. There is a surge in the fighting game community and capcom is taking advantage of it. They say there will be no Super Version of SF x Tekken but why believe them now. When that has been their motto on most of there recently released games. They have been rushing incomplete fighting games out the door, and then asking us to also buy the complete version several months down the road.

ya i think i'll wait till the super version now hehe

those games are actually pretty good but except for street fighter it seems the other games are just beta's before the super :)

Quote for truth, Nintendonly. Capcom only got it working on PS3 and then kind of gave up. I can think of a whole host of games on 360 that allow a Live user and a guest to play the game. Games that are even in the same genre (Mortal Kombat). Capcom never got around to it (like they did with the Mega Man/Pac-Man character unlock DLC, since they're already on disc).
