Amazon Japan (amazon.co.jp) will be the only way to procure a certain special edition handheld I have my eyes on but the problem is they don't ship games and consoles/handhelds internationally.
I live in the United States.
Is there ANY way to get the item I want shipped to me from Amazon Japan? If you're wondering what it is I'm after, it's the Special Edition Pokemon X/Y Gold 3DS LL pictured below:

It's currently and most likely only releasing in Japan if Nintendo of America's track record of not releasing awesome special edition/color XL's remains the way it is.
Yes, I know Nintendo games and systems are region locked. But ALL region versions of Pokemon X/Y will include all languages including English.
So, to you veteran importers, have you any experience with Amazon.co.jp and getting them to ship your games or consoles to you, specifically in the USA? Are there any third parties I could have the console shipped to in Japan who would than ship the console to me in the US? Preferably someone who wouldn't just keep my shiny 3DS to themselves and tell me to screw off? Think CheapyD would help a brother out? I am desperate!
