anyone been having problems with BBO lately

2nd week in a row my first two movies ship the day they all get return but my 3rd movie hasnt shipped again the same day the movie gets to them. Guess i got to call up tomrorow and complain again

ALL 3 movies got back today ... only 2 shipped the 3rd one never shipped
 
quit posting about problems, damn. You post every time there's a little inconsistency.. problems with Xenosaga 2, problems with Gamefly shipping, problems with the DS.. problems with bootleg games, problems with gamefly shipping..

Just accept the fact that games and DVD's don't lke you :p

But give it a day or two, don't expect flawless timing every time.. realize that you're one customer out of millions.

no Im asking a simple question. Is anyone else having problems with BBO. The movies used to ship as soon as they get back to them now they are starting to ship a day after the movies get to them... Meaning if they get my movies WEDS they wont ship new ones out till THURS. Adding another day to turnaround. If im paying 16 bucks per month after tax Why should i have to wait. Im asking if this is just my Local center (if it is i can call up and asked to me moved to another center) or if this more of a nationwide thing.

when i started in dec i never had a problem with BBO sending out movies the same day that they got them but the last 2 weeks they did this to me. At my job if i put off something to tomorrow that was to go out today i would be fired in a second and was wondering if this was going on with anyone else ..

PS Gamefly rocks for the last 4 shipments my packages have only been taking 2 days each way, what is sort of funny

GAMEFLY = Indy to Cali 2 days
BBO = Indy to missour 3-4 days

I like BBO and haven't had any problems with them. If anything, a lot of their movies are on "short wait" which kind of sucks.
 
I had one DVD not ship that day.....it shipped the day after though. Kinda odd I thought.

The service is great....I had a 2/3 day turnaround total on my last batch.

Things are good....plus i used my two in-store rentals for two games ($14 saved!)
 
To be honest, I like the service. I haven't really used it much lately, I've been buying most of my movies, but when I do I get them in like 1 day. But the sweetest part are those damn Coupons, I have rented so many games with those and now you keep them longer.

has anyone ever had movies shippedo out a day after they got return
Meaning if they get your movies on Monday your movies dont ship out tuesday. i already know about the time and how some people complain about how long it takes to get them.

Im just asking how many times has a movie shiped a day later then when one got returned .. So far this has happen to me twice in the past 2 weeks .... I called them up today and they acted like it was no big deal.
 
Ok, to answer the question.....

ONCE, and this is since it started....so, probably like 6 months or so.


Also, there have been a few more Short Waits in my Queue, but they are for the more obscure DVD's. New Releases seem to always ship (except Cube Zero.....not so popular though)

yea i wanted Cube zero this week and it went to short wait before tuesday. I was lucky enough to get the movie from Hollywood video on tuesday (had 99 cent rental coupons) Great movie. When i called them up today to complain about the Day shipping time I asked and they said they think they only had like less then 10 per center on that movie (compair to a bigger movies that has like 50-100)

what Also sort of sucks is I asked if i could move my QUeue around before the 3rd movie ships and they go fine but they still Shipped a movie i took off my queue .

the run time on the ZIM says 4 hours I didnt think they could fit 4 hours on a single DVD
 
on the first week of their service, the movies shipped out the same day they received them. when the second week started, my movies took one or two days to ship, even if they're "available". i think their service is ridiculously slow and i'm probably going to cancel by the end of this billing period.
 
ince back in december they sent me journey to the center of the earth instead of niptuck season one disc 2. other than that my bbo experience is great
 
Just got the mail today and SAD :( no movies

for the 4 weeks total i was only able to get 7 movies in the month of feb.. Thats right 7 movies when in Jan i was able to get 12 in the same time frame. the only good thing is the bouns coupons

7 Movies from BBO , 2 Movies using the E Coupon at different stores, 2 games from BB0 Using the E coupons and 2 Games using the E coupons at other stores.

SO total
9 movies and 4 games for the month. (half the games i rented i didnt even play them cause there we so freaking bad) still i figure 2 bucks per game release knocks 8 off the bill. So i paid 8 bucks to rent 9 movies BLEH

im going to give it 1 more month (mostly cause i got my March Q filled and nothing i want is coming in april) If i dont get at least 10 movies from BB0 in the month of March i will cancell

I seen ZIM at another store and it says run time way under 4 hours so if the time isnt right im going to call them up Tuesday and Complain once again.

ALSO TAKE THIS AS A RUMOR AND ONLY A RUMOR AT THIS TIME/

A person working at BB told me about the in store returns and it sounds like its going to be lame. When it happens you will have 2 choices and i heard they are thinking of pushing it back to 17.99 to 19.99 per month when these changes happen

CHoice 1 NOthing changes

CHoice 2 In store returns and Rentals BUT NO E COUPONS

if you ask me it sounds like they are just going to drop their in store rentals down and nothing really new (since in store is no 24.99 month)

dude said he heard June 2005 this will go into effect Again its the only person who knew anything about it (I asked at 4 different BB) so just take it as a rumor
 
I'm getting a 7 day average turn-around now. The service is horrible. I've complained but they won't do anything about it. They just keep saying that shipping times can vary. But I'm like this is every week!
 
I have occasionally had to wait a day for the new movie to ship out, but usually is fine. this is really paying off for me, because the family is using this to watch seasons of Little house on The Prairie, and we are watching $60 or so worth of DVDs in a month, maybe more, plus I get to rent my own movies or games on the side with the coupons...
Though for some reason, the website says I don't have coupons available this month, despite the email notice to the contrary.
 
Yeah it's pretty damn slow, the on-line service. Today when I went to use on of my e-coupons, I noticed their instore promotion was 10 bucks for the first month for one out at a time and decided to go ahead and do that for a month or so. I figure I don't need more than one at a time, and then at least there's instant satisfaction instead of waiting a week and change for BBO to get me my movies. Probably cancel as soon as I finish my current batch (I Heart Huckabees, Eulogy and Pimps Up, Ho's Down...that's right...BBO had Pimps Up, Ho's Down).

Also, I never even thought to reuse my coupons at like a Hollywood Video since they match competitors coupons. Good idea!
